This dip is perfect for any time of year and on any occasion from Super Bowl, Easter, or in our case, our traditional Friday afternoon happy hour. It can also be served with anything from sourdough bread, crudités, or crackers, making it even more universal. This dip calls for fresh spinach, with a base of healthy Greek yogurt, rich crème fraîche, and nutty Parmesan. It’s packed with flavor and has a beautiful subtly crunchy texture. It’s also a great option for those seeking a gluten-free appetizer.

Spinach Dip Recipe
- 2 bunches spinach
- 8 oz. Greek yogurt
- 7.5 oz crème fraîche
- 3 green onions, chopped
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan
- 3 artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz. water chestnuts
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Sauté the spinach, until wilted. Mix all of the other ingredients together and add the wilted spinach.
