Light and bright, this smoked salmon dip leans into fresh herbs and lemons, mixed into a blend of cream cheese, and my favorite, crème fraîche. Bon appétit!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz cremeb fraîche
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped finely
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- pinch of garlic powder
Mix all of the above ingredients together and serve with crostini or crackers.
